Woolson formed the Victor Orlando Woolson (VOW) Foundation after the death of her son in 2012 from a fatal reaction to synthetic drugs.

The organization was formed in his honor to spread the word about synthetic drugs in an effort to save lives.

Thank you, Theresa for sharing your story about Victor.

According to Woolson, laws are way behind when it comes to synthetic marijuana.

It is readily available and legal to buy.

Woolson said public education surrounding the use of synthetic substances is low, leaving hospital personnel at a loss when it comes to treating patients.
