Fulton Sunrise Rotarian Ellen Nowyj, pictured with Club Secretary Doug Stevens, recently presented a very informative program about the Underground Railroad in Fulton, highlighting George Salmon and William Schenck who were believed to be active in the movement of slaves throughout the area.
