Rotarians Hear Inspirational Story

FULTON, NY – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, President Dennis Goss introduced his wife, Brea.

Brea surprised and impressed everyone with a heartwarming story of her long journey and commitment  to get  healthy.

She explained about her lifestyle change, health-wise, when she came to realize that she needed to take control.

Through sheer discipline and will power she was able to change her eating habits and commit to physical activity.

Truly a motivating lesson for us all.

Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Fulton’s Riverside Inn.
