Michelle Strong, left, of H & R Block covered the latest changes in the Federal tax code at a recent Fulton Rotary Club meeting at the Tavern On The Lock Restaurant.  Michelle is the Syracuse Regional Director and a Senior tax advisor for H and R Block tax consultants. Steve Osborne, right, introduced Michelle and thanked her for the vocational and instructional talk.
