FULTON, NY – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, President Patrick Waite
introduced Meg Henderson, program coordinator for the Literacy Volunteers of
Oswego County.

LVOC is a program of Oswego County Opportunities, and its goal is to provide opportunities for adults to achieve personal freedom by building basic literacy skills at no cost to the student in a confidential environment.
Volunteer tutors attend a 12-hour training and must be able to devote two hours a week for tutoring.
Tutor orientation begins soon.
