Rotarians Learn About STOP DWI

FULTON, NY – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Tracie Pluff-Gioia  introduced Bob Lighthall.

Lighthall is a retired Oswego County Undersheriff and now the Oswego County Coordinator for STOP DWI.

He touched on the many services provided by Oswego County Stop DWI such as sobriety check points, adding part-time attorneys to expedite cases and get offenders into driver
ed classes,  mock DWI crash scenes at the  high schools and Project U-Turn, a two-day, six-hour program for anyone under the age of 21 involved in an alcohol-related accident.

The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Fulton’s Riverside Inn.
