Rotarians Learn about the Flag

FULTON, NY – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Donna Kestner, a veteran and the Director of Oswego County Veteran’s Service Agency, presented a program about the American Flag.
Donna told how to properly display the flag and the regulations surrounding the handling of the flag.
Also pictured is President Patrick Waite.
The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Fulton’s Riverside Inn.
