OSWEGO – Louis Fournier was a recent guest at Oswego Rotary.

He discussed the revitalization project for Midtown Plaza.
Fournier is the president of the Sutton Companies.
He is a 1983 graduate of SUNY Oswego and has worked at Sutton since graduation.
He has been an officer and director for the company since 1997.
Fournier also chatted about the Seaway Lofts project which Sutton completed in 2015.
Sutton is the leasing agency for the Lofts and he also mentioned being the property management agent for Stevedore Lofts.
He is a Certified Property Manager with experience in property management, leasing, property restoration, financing and brokerage.
