FULTON – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting Rotarian Linda Eagan introduced Oswego Renaissance Association founder and Director Paul Stewart.

Stewart updated members on this project which was begun in 2013 with a study funded by a Shineman grant.
Other funding comes from Novelis, Pathfinder Bank and SUNY Oswego.
The project focuses on getting homeowners, tenants, and landlords to improve their properties through outside maintenance.
Grants can be made in any amount up to $1,000 pending a 100% match from the resident.
