Rotary Welcomes YMCA Official

FULTON – Tess Kenney, associate executive director for the Fulton YMCA, chats with Rotarian Steve Osborne, who introduced her as a guest speaker.

Kenney has been with the Syracuse YMCA for 16 years and associate executive director at Fulton for the last two years.

She updated the Rotary Club on positive changes the Y has been making.
