The Youth Advocate Program of Oswego County recently awarded Ms. Amber Saternow of Oswego the prestigious James Familo Memorial “Advocate of The Year”.
Pictured here presenting this year’s award is Family Court Judge David Roman and Fulton City Mayor Ronald Woodward.
