Sen. Ritchie Visits Phoenix

State Senator Patty Ritchie recently toured the village of Phoenix's downtown area with Mayor Anthony Fratto in Oswego County. She also met with just elected Town of Schroeppel Supervisor Patrick Nugent. Senator Ritchie has been visiting each of the towns in her three county, 150 mile long senate district, one of the largest in New York State.
