OSWEGO, NY – State Senator Patty Ritchie met with newly elected city of Oswego Mayor Thomas Gillen and Operation Oswego County executive director L. Michael Treadwell.
They gathered to talk about ways they can work together on economic development and job development.
“Mayor Gillen and I plan to work together on a bipartisan basis to build the economy of the city of Oswego and help bring more jobs and opportunity to Central New York,” Senator Ritchie said. “We discussed ways we can work together to keep Oswego moving forward.”
Treadwell and Ritchie discussed their ongoing efforts to help bring new jobs and economic development to Oswego County, including the efforts to market the recently closed BirdsEye plant in Fulton.
