OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee recently proclaimed September as Literacy Month.

At hand to receive the proclamation were Literacy Volunteers Program Coordinator Meg Henderson, Oswego County Opportunities Executive Director Diane Cooper-Currier, and Oswego County Opportunities Director of Education Services Beth Kazel.
