Sgt. Maj. Lococo Assumes Command

Army Sgt. Maj. Christopher L. Lococo has been appointed as the Army command sergeant major assigned to Transatlantic Afghanistan District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan.

Command Sgt. Maj. Christopher L. Lococo assumed the position of the Transatlantic Afghanistan District, command sergeant major Dec. 14. Command Sgt. Maj. Lococo comes to the district from the 7th Engineer Battalion at Fort Drum.

Lococo is the husband of Dawn R. Lococo of Lacona, N.Y. and son-in-law of Donald R. Henderson of Seville, Ohio.

He is a 1990 graduate of Brunswick High School, Brunswick, Ohio. He earned an bachelor’s degree in 2013 from Ashford University, Clinton, Iowa.
