Silver Key Recipients Recognized by Oswego Board of Education

OSWEGO, NY – Oswego High School artists were recipients of a “Silver Key” at the annual Central New York Scholastic Art Awards ceremony.
Recently, the Oswego City School District Board of Education recognized the students’ achievement.
Proudly displaying their certificates are Chrissy Abare, Kayla Volkomer, Emily Henderson and Allie Henderson.
Making the presentation were BOE vice president Kathleen Allen and Superintendent of Schools Bill Crist.
