OSWEGO, NY – Every other Friday the technology students at The BUC Junior-Senior High School conducted “Souper Friday.”

As part of the technology requirement the gourmet cooking class prepares a specialty soup and delivers it to school district employees.
Students Tina Aller and Allyson Conner serve Michelle Carter with buffalo chicken wing soup.
The BUC is an alternative non-traditional education program based at the Oswego City School District Education Center.
