Soup’s On at Fulton Mill Apartments

FULTON, NY – Residents of the Fulton Mill Apartments were recently treated a Soup Lovers’ Lunch courtesy of Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s Community Services.

Residents enjoyed two choices of soup and salad from the Blue Moon Grill in Fulton.
