Springboard Mural Project Gets Under Way

OSWEGO, NY – All youth artists are invited to attend an informational meeting about the 2012 Springboard Mural Project.

The meeting will be held March 13 at 6 p.m. at the Oswego YMCA Armory.

Please bring a parent or guardian to this meeting.
