St. Baldrick’s Bunco Night on March 9

OSWEGO – Community members are invited to a fun night of Bunco on March 9 at the Hibernians Club on Munn Street in Oswego.

All proceeds from the event will go toward the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

Activities will run from 6-9 PM.  Interested players can register individually, in groups of eight, or in groups of 16.

In addition to prizes for the winners, there will also be door prizes, raffles, refreshments, and a cash bar.

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is dedicated to raising funds to support life-saving research for cures to childhood cancers.

In 2016 alone, more than 60,000 volunteers “braved the shave” at more than 1,300 different fundraising events worldwide, raising more than $40,000,000.

At last year’s Oswego event, more than 120 shavees helped raise $72,500.

This year’s 11th annual St. Baldrick’s Day in Oswego fundraiser is set for March 26.
