OSWEGO – The team of St. Luke Health Services residents Jean Zeno and Fran North along with staff members Alecia Metz and Nancy Bourdon knew all the answers – and they have the championship trophy to prove it, after winning a regional trivia competition which took place at Drumlin’s Country Club in Syracuse.

The “Thanks for the Memories” Trivia Event saw teams of residents and staff from nine area nursing homes compete to test their trivia knowledge in categories including popular music, jingles and television and movie theme songs.
The annual event was hosted by local entertainer Joe Trionfero who performs the “Thanks for the Memories” program at schools and healthcare residences throughout the area.
The event was sponsored by Loretto.
The St. Luke Team answered twenty-nine questions correctly on route to their victory.
For her effort, Alicia Metz took home a trophy in the “junior” division for her knowledge of popular music.
“We had a wonderful time,” said Jean Zeno, who has been competing in this event for the past few years. “Last year we took second place, so it was nice to take the top honor this time around.”
