Stoutenger Speaks On ‘Parents of Special Children’ At Fulton Lions Club Meeting

FULTON – Monica Stoutenger, board president for Parents of Special Children, made a presentation on the organization at the Nov. 20 meeting of the Fulton Lions Club.

PSC is a parent driven organization, dedicated to family empowerment and improving the quality of the everyday lives of special needs families, Stoutenger said.

One of its annual community events is Breakfast with Santa for individuals with special needs and their family members.

Fulton’s Lions Club, also known for its Lions Loot Sweepstakes, Lions Mane Event Comedy Night, and annual Duck Derby, provides financial assistance for those in need of eyeglasses, eye exams, and hearing aids to residents in the greater Fulton area.
