Students, Family Members Share ‘Grand’ Night At Granby Elementary

More than 150 students and family members recently had a “grand” time at Granby Elementary School.

More than 150 people attended Granby Elementary's Grandparent Bingo event, creating quite the family-friendly environment. Students Harley and Austin Hamlett play bingo with their grandmother, Diane Smith.

The school held a Grandparent Bingo event as a way to teach students the importance of family and community.

Students who may not have had a grandparent nearby were also encouraged to bring an elderly neighbor for the event.
