Stunning Costumes Showcased At Pulaski Elementary Halloween Parade

PULASKI – No judge would be able to choose a best costume at the Pulaski Elementary School.
There was simply too much originality.
From pirates to ghouls to minions, Pulaski teachers and students threw themselves into the creativity of Halloween this year.
Cars parked down the street, and parents filled the sidewalks ready with their cameras, hoping to capture a smile from their special monster or princess.
