Sunrise Rotary Holds Changing of the Guard

Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club held its annual changing of the guard meeting recently. President Donna Kestner, 2009-2010, left, turned over the duties of the office to 2010-2011 president Ellen Nowyj. The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 AM at Fulton's Riverside Inn.
