SUNY Oneonta Fall 2013 Dean’s List

ONEONTA, NY – A total of 1569 SUNY Oneonta students earned Dean’s List honors for the fall 2013 semester.

To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 hours of more.

The following area students were named to the Dean’s List:

Nicholas Costo of Oswego

Kayla Distin of Fulton

Emily McGinley of Phoenix

Melissa Murphy of Pennellville

Tara Pickard of Cato

David Stanton of Parish

A liberal arts college focused on teaching and learning, SUNY Oneonta ranks 16th among the “Top Public Regional Universities-North” in the 2014 U.S. News and World Report rankings, and has been named to the Kiplinger’s magazine list of the “100 Best Values in Public Colleges” for eight consecutive years.

The college enrolls 6,000 students in its 70 undergraduate majors and 14 graduate programs.
