OSWEGO, NY – Area students who completed their graduate studies in spring 2017 at SUNY Oswego were recognized in May at the college’s Commencement.

Julia R. Furlong of State Route 176 in Cato earned her master of arts degree in graphic design and digital media

Sarah A. Downum of South Main Street in Central Square earned her master of science in education degree in literacy education

Mitchell P. Ruffos of State Route 49 in Cleveland earned his master of business administration degree in management

Kelsie K. VanBuren of Lounsbury Drive in Fulton earned her master of science degree in adolescence education

Ryan S. Warner of Lakeshore Road in Fulton earned his master of science degree and certificate of advance study in adolescence education

Chelsea A. Allen of Pangborn Road in Hastings earned her master of arts in teaching degree in adolescence education

Matt E. Slocum of South Jefferson Street in Mexico earned his graduate certificate in integrated media and social networking
