SUNY Oswego Hosting Election Night Party

SUNY Oswego students can watch the outcome of Election 2008 and talk to members of the political science faculty at an election night party starting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, in the Campus Center activity court.

Multiple televisions will provide various networks’ coverage, and free refreshments will be served. Roving reporters from campus radio station WNYO will also be on hand. The Political Science Club sponsors the free event.

“The club would like to get the word out to as many students as possible given the importance of this election and the high level of interest that we expect that this event should attract,” said Helen Knowles of the political science faculty.
