OSWEGO, NY – You never know who is going to turn up around Halloween.
The Fitzhugh Park Elementary School students paraded through the halls and classrooms.
Super Girl (Mackenzie Bennett) and Spiderman (Thomas Cernaro) meet in the hallway.
