Third Grade Rotary Service Project Aids Students

FULTON, NY – One of the many service projects that the Fulton Noon Rotary Club does each year is hand out a student dictionary to each of the nearly 300 third grade students in the Fulton School District.
The students in the photo are third graders at the Volney Elementary School.
They’re proudly showing off their new books.
