FULTON – Recently, as part of the Arbor Day event for Tree City USA, volunteers and members of the Fulton Tree Committee planted 17 trees along the lake and in Recreation Park.

Young trees for this project were obtained from the city’s tree nursery located at North Bay.
The nursery was started as part of the Tree City USA program so that the city will have a supply of young trees to sustain green spaces throughout the city and replace old trees that have been cut down.
