OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure, Facilities and Technology Committee presented Joseph Ukleya with a certificate of appreciation upon his retirement.

Ukleya was a building maintenance mechanic with the Oswego County Buildings and Grounds Department.
