Grace and Glory Reptiles of Oswego recently visited Sally Austin’s UPK class at Lanigan Elementary School.

The visit followed a Common Core unit on reptiles and mammals.
Head zookeeper Dan Oosdyk of G & G Reptiles shared with students how he cares for the rescued reptiles, educated them on their habitats and brought a few along to show the class.
Pictured is preschooler Danato Raponi, who volunteered to catch a (plush) 12-foot boa constrictor.
