It was the “Changing of the Guard” at Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club recently as 2007-2008 President Diane Cooper-Currier, left, turned over the duties of the office to 2008-2009 President Carol Vescio. Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 AM at the Riverside Inn.
