OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure, Facilities and Technology Committee presented Mark Vrooman with a certificate of appreciation for his 30 years of service to the county.

Vrooman is a loader operator at the Oswego County Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) with the Department of Solid Waste.
