OSWEGO, NY – Brookfield Renewable Power, the Oswego Fire Department and Oswego High School WBUC staff members collaborated to have the students produce public service announcements about water safety.

The PSA was to make people aware that they should wear a personal floatation device when on or near water.
With the Oswego River and fishermen who come to town, there was a desire to emphasize the use of a PFD when around the river.
