Webster Marks A Decade Of Service With Oswego County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety Committee presents Mark Webster with a certificate of appreciation for his 10 years of service.
Webster is a corrections officer in the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
