OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Government, Courts and Consumer Affairs Committee presented Deborah West with a certificate of appreciation for her 36 years of service to the county.

West retired from her position as a senior map technician with Oswego County Real Property Tax Services.
