Williams Celebrates 30 Years With Soil and Water

OSWEGO – The County Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee presented Cindy Williams with a certificate of appreciation for her service.
Williams is the district treasurer and secretary for the Oswego County Soil and Water Conservation District.
