Wilson Retires From Oswego County

OSWEGO – Stuart Wilson received a certificate of appreciation for his 30 years of service from the Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee at the monthly meeting of the full Legislature.
Wilson is a case manager with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
