Y Offers Soul Movement, Salsa Classes

FULTON, NY – Due to the overwhelming success of Soul Movement, the Fulton Family YMCA will be offering this class again Nov. 17 at 9 a.m.

“This class will help strengthen muscles, calm your mind, relieve stress, increase grace and flexibility, and so much more,” a spokesperson said. “Soul Movement will be taught by Michelle Clark and will only be $7 per person. For members this fun and innovative class is free.”

The same day at 10:30 a.m., the YMCA will offer a Salsa class for all ages.

“Whether you are 18 or 81 bring a partner or come yourself and be ready have a great time,” the spokesperson added.

For members, the Salsa class is free and for non-members the cost is $7.
