Young Actress Belts Out A Number

FULTON, NY – Kaylee Foster, as the Wicked Witch of the West, delivers a strong vocal performance in rehearsal for Wizard of Oz.

The play is set to debut on CNY Arts Center’s new stage at the River Glen Plaza, CCC campus in Fulton.

The production runs one weekend only, December 12-14 with evening and matinee performances.
