Youngest Actress embodies Beloved Toto

FULTON, NY – Six-year-old Leah Norton, as Toto, has been practicing doggy expressions in rehearsals for Wizard of Oz.
The play is set to debut on CNY Arts Center’s new stage at the River Glen Plaza, CCC campus in Fulton.
The production runs one weekend only, December 12-14 with evening and matinee performances.
