Youth Bureau Members Travel to Albany, Meet Assemblyman Barclay

OSWEGO – Assemblyman Will Barclay recently met with Oswego City-County Youth Bureau members.
They traveled to Albany for the Association of New York State Youth Bureau Leadership Forum.
As part of the forum, they visited their state representatives.
