Thomas O’Toole, manager of Compass since 1989, will continue to lead the combined organization.

“We are excited to make this announcement and to expand our services to the Fulton area, bringing new services to Heritage members, such as Visa cards and mobile banking with Remote Deposit Capture, and allowing all of our members more conveniences,” said O’Toole.

With the completion of the merger, Compass will have a total of 7 branch locations to better serve members.

The main office will remain at 131 George St. in Oswego.

Other locations include the Novelis plant, Oswego Hospital, Canalview Mall in Fulton, Davis-Standard in Fulton, Hillside Plaza in Oswego, and Culkin Hall on the SUNY Oswego campus.
