Continental Arms Collectors Association Display Planned

OSWEGO – In sustaining its  “…commitment to enhance public knowledge on the significance of firearms in American history” Continental Arms Collectors Association will exhibit U.S. Military and Naval items at the annual Oswego Elks Lodge Veterans’ Dinner on November 6.

Located at 132 W. Fifth St., the exhibit may be viewed by the public from 5 – 7 p.m.

Displays will include items used by Continental Arms Revolutionary War Unit at various interpretive programs throughout the year.

Fort Ontario State Historic Site will provide an extensive array of military items and information about the fort’s tenure as a significant military fortification.

Weapons and accoutrements of U.S. Dragoons from the War of 1812 through the Mexican War will also be featured.
