On the 4th day of June, 2018, at 5:40 PM, while at 6 William Gillard Dr., in
the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, William M. Player
III, was arrested for criminal contempt in the first degree, criminal contempt in the second degree, harassment in the second degree, and resisting arrest.
It is alleged that on the above mentioned date, while at 415 Chestnut St., at
approximately 4:00 PM the said defendant, William M. Player III, was in the
same house as the victim thereby violating a duly served stay away order of protection issued on 05/13/2018, through Fulton City Court. Furthermore, the defendant engaged in a domestic dispute with the victim, in which he did further violate said order of protection by shoving the victim, causing her to be annoyed, harassed, and alarmed. The defendant then resisted arrest at approximately 5:40 PM, by entering his residence on the east side of 415 Chestnut St., jumping out a west side window, and running from a uniformed police officer after being advised he was under arrest.

On the 4th day of June, 2018, at approximately 9:59pm, while in the 200
block of Buffalo St., City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the
defendant, Joshua Cross, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving
the wrong direction on a one way street, and consumption of alcohol in a
motor vehicle.
It is alleged that on the above mentioned date and location at approximately
9:41pm, the said defendant did operate a motor vehicle the wrong way on a one way street. Said defendant did operate said vehicle in an intoxicated state, which was shown by his glassy, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, poor motor coordination, the odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath and two open Busch beer cans, a Labatt Blue Light beer bottle, recipe 21 vodka and a Smirnoff vodka located in the vehicle. The defendant was administered one standardized field sobriety tests, the horizontal gaze nystagmus which he failed. He began the walk and turn test but refused to continue prior to completing it. Said defendant then refused all other tests including the one leg stand and a chemical breath test.

It is alleged that on 04/19/2018 while at 202 W. Fourth St. S. at
approximately 3:00 PM, said defendant, during a domestic dispute, did shove
the victim against a wall and threatened to strike her with his closed left hand. Said actions by the defendant did cause the victim to be annoyed, harassed and alarmed. Said actions did also place the victim in fear of physical injury. The defendant, having committed said actions, has been previously convicted of a specified family offense within the previous 5 years, that being criminal mischief 4th on 07/12/2017. Highbridge Rd. Lot#2, Fayetteville, New York, the defendant, Robert E.

It is alleged that on 5/15/18, between the hours of 1:00 AM and 1:30 AM,
while on Towpath Trail in the City of Fulton, New York, the defendant did
commit the offense of Robbery in the first degree, to wit; the said defendant
did forcibly steal a wallet containing a New York State Benefit card and
$200.00 in US Currency, a Samsung Galaxy cellular phone valued at $80.00,
an unknown amount of a substance referred to as “Molly”, and a backpack
containing valuables from the victim. The defendant did steal said property after striking the victim in the head with a hard blunt instrument which did cause the victim to sustain serious physical injury, specifically a four inch laceration to the top of his head, and skull fracture, which did require emergency surgery to remove a skull fragment from the victim’s brain and to relieve swelling caused by the trauma. Further, the said defendant did possess said hard blunt instrument and did use the same in the commission of a crime after being convicted of the crime of Petit Larceny on 9/14/17 in Madison County Court.

It is alleged that on June 8th, 2018, around 11:45pm, while in the 700 block
of Phillips St. the defendant did operate a motor vehicle in an easterly direction on Phillips St, while in an intoxicated state. The defendant did have a child as a passenger. The defendant dropped the child off at a family member’s residence and then proceeded to operate the same vehicle at a high rate of speed, causing her to leave the roadway, strike a fire hydrant and several yards of chain link fence. The defendant then fled the scene on foot.
