Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant, Cindi L.
Harris, was arrested for the offense of criminal possession of stolen property
in the fifth degree.
It is alleged that on the aforementioned date and location, at about 12:35
PM, the said defendant knowingly possessed a 2019 series, New York State
safety emissions inspection certificate which was reported stolen to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office on 03/07/18. Said inspection certificate was applied to the windshield of the defendant’s vehicle.

defendant, April L. Good, was issued an appearance ticket for Fulton City
Code Violation of Unlicensed Dog, returnable to Fulton City Court on
7/11/2018 at 2:00 P.M.
It is alleged that on the 18th day of May, 2018, at 305 Pine St., in the City
of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, April L.
Good, did harbor a white and tan long haired Chihuahua dog while knowing
that said dog was not properly licensed with the City of Fulton, as is required
by the City of Fulton City Code. The defendant was given three weeks to get
the dog licensed with the City of Fulton Clerk’s Office. As of May 29th, 2018,
the defendant had failed to get the dog licensed.

On the 29th day of June, 2018, at approximately 7:39 P.M., while at 402
Worth St. Apt. A., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New
York, the defendant, Rose M. Johnson, was arrested for harassment in the
second degree and two counts of resisting arrest.
It is alleged that on the aforementioned time, date and location the said
defendant did intentionally resist the authorized arrest of another person by
intentionally standing in front of Hugh Calkins, who was advised that he was
under arrest on an arrest warrant. Said defendant did shove a uniformed
Police Officer thereby preventing said Officer from affecting such arrest on
said other person. Said defendants actions did harass, annoy and alarm your
complainant. Furthermore said defendant did then intentionally attempt to
prevent herself from being arrested by pulling away, stiffening her arms and
refusing to place her hands behind her back after being told she was under
arrest.

On the 30th day of June, 2018, at approximately 2:54 A.M., while at 19 N.
Sixth St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the
defendant, Scott A. Wells, was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by the
City of Fulton Court and signed by the Hon. David H. Hawthorne, Docket
Number CR-01129-18, on two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
It is alleged that on the 23rd day of June, 2018, at approximately 9:30 P.M.,
while in the B building parking lot of 1100 Emery St. in the City of Fulton,
County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant did intentionally
punch the driver side back seat window of a vehicle that contained two
children under the age of 17 in the back seat. The defendant’s actions caused the vehicle’s window to shatter which covered the ground and the interior back seat of the vehicle with glass. The defendant’s actions were likely to be injurious to the physical and mental welfare of the children.

Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant, John G.
Brantner, was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the third
degree, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Keep Right.
It is alleged that on the above mentioned date, at approximately 2:52 A.M.,
while in the 100 block of W. First St. S., in the City of Fulton, the above
mentioned defendant did operate a motor vehicle in a southerly direction. The said defendant did cross the double solid yellow lines with his driver’s side front and rear tires multiple times, failing to keep right. The said defendant was knowingly operating with a suspended driver’s license. The said defendant’s license was suspended on 4/04/2018 and 4/13/2018 for failure to answer a summons. Furthermore the vehicle’s registration was expired on December of 2017.

Second St., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the
defendant, Hunter J. Acker was arrested for unlawful possession of
marihuana and no/inadequate tail lamp.
It is alleged that on the aforementioned date at approximately 3:10 A.M.,
while in the 200 Blk. of S. Second St., in the City of Fulton, County of
Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant did operate a motor vehicle in a southerly direction while having an inoperable tail lamp on the passenger side of the vehicle. Said defendant did knowingly and unlawfully possess, one clear plastic bag containing a green leafy substance similar in appearance and odor to that of marihuana in the front left pocket of his pants. Said defendant also possessed one multicolored glass pipe containing burnt marihuana residue inside of the vehicle that he operated and exercised control of.

York, the defendant, Kenneth Gardner Jr., was arrested for 3 counts of
aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree and improper left turn
on two-way roadway.
It is alleged that on the aforementioned date, at approximately 1:23 A.M.,
while in the 10 block of S. Second St. the said defendant did operate a motor vehicle while knowing that he did not possess a valid NYS driver’s license and his privilege to drive had been revoked on 06/07/2010 and suspended a total of 7 (Scoffs 3 on 3 dates) for Failure to Answer Summons on 06/24/2004 in the Town of Volney, County of Oswego, Failure to Pay Driver Responsibility Assessment on
08/25/2010, Failed to Pay Child Support on 02/03/2012 and 01/05/2017, and
Failure to Pay Fine on 10/18/2012 in the Town of Volney, County of Oswego
and on 03/18/2017 in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego. Said defendant

On the 1st day of July, 2018, at approximately 3:30 P.M., while at 368 W.
First St. S., otherwise known as Family Dollar, in the City of Fulton, County of
Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Megan Waite, was arrested on the charges of Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Attempted Petit Larceny.
It is alleged that on the above mentioned date, time and location, the said
defendant did attempt to steal a Powerbank speaker valued at $15.00, a
bottle of purified water valued at $.75, a seamless lace trim cami valued at
$5.00, and a Lace up dirty wash dress black valued at $10.00 by secreting
the said items in her purse and having no intention to pay for said items.
It is further alleged that the said defendant knowingly and unlawfully
possessed seven hypodermic syringes that were not obtained or possessed pursuant to section 3381 of the New York State Public Heatlh Law. The said defendant also possessed a small round blue tablet with the imprint M30, which was found to be Clorazepate dipotassium 3.75 mg, which is a Schedule 4 controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act. The said defendant did not have a prescription for the above tablet.
