Cop Logs: Sheriff’s Office 04/02/2018


On 3/22/18 at 8:57 p.m., John A. Taylor, 58, of 3234 CR 15, Pulaski, was charged with AUO, 2nd degree; No License and Exhaust Violation following a traffic stop on CR 15 in the town of Sandy Creek.
Mr. Taylor was scheduled to answer the charges on 3/29/18 in the Town of Sandy Creek Court.

On 3/26/18 at 11:39 a.m., Katrina R. Perior, 27, of 100 Martville Road, Martville, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Unlawful Possession of Marihuana; No License; Operating Unregistered Vehicle and License Plate Violation following a traffic stop on SR 481 south in the town of Volney.
Ms. Perior is scheduled to answer the charges on 4/23/18 in the Town of Volney Court.

On 3/28/18 at 4:37 a.m., Loretta L. Oakes, 41, of 38 Sundown Road, Lot 21, Fulton, was operating a 2017 Chevrolet east on Hanson Road in the town of Mexico when she reportedly lost control after attempting to avoid a deer that had entered the roadway causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike an earth embankment.
Ms. Oakes was issued UTTs for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident; Failure to Notify DMV of Address Change and Driving Across Hazard Markings.

On 3/30/18 at 8:32 a.m., Michael A. Merritt, 29, of 956 Middle Road, Bldg. 9W, Oswego, was arrested at the Onondaga County Public Safety Building and charged with Robbery, 2nd degree, a class C felony; Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor and Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven Court stemming from an incident that occurred on 1/31/18 in the town of New Haven.
Mr. Merritt is scheduled to appear in the Town of New Haven Court on 4/19/18.

On 3/30/18 at 10:25 a.m., Alexis R. White, 21, of 208 S. Pleasant St., Watertown, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on I81 North in the town of Hastings.
Ms. White is scheduled to answer the charges on 4/9/18 in the Town of Hastings Court.

On 3/30/18 at 11:35 a.m., Courtney E. Dillabough, 33, of 31 Powers Ave., Lacona, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; No License and Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on I81 North in the town of Hastings.
Ms. Dillabough was arraigned in the Town of Parish Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to T/O Hastings Court on 5/2/18.

On 3/30/18 at 8:51 p.m., Amy S. McCann-Jones, 49, of 2097 SR 13, Altmar, was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the town of Albion where she allegedly took a metal shovel and broke a glass door of a residence.
Ms. McCann-Jones is scheduled to answer the charges on 4/16/18 in the Town of Albion Court.

On 3/30/18 at 8:58 p.m., Joshua J. Johnston, 25, of 132 E. 10th St., Apt. 2, Oswego, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following an incident on Gray Road in the town of Minetto.
Mr. Johnston is scheduled to answer the charge on 4/24/18 in the Town of Minetto Court.

On 3/31/18 at 3:01 a.m., Richard D. Tyler, 55, of 11 Seventh North St., Camillus, was charged with AUO, 2nd degree; No License and Speeding following a traffic stop on I81 South in the town of Richland reportedly initiated when radar confirmed the speed of the vehicle he was operating.
Mr. Tyler is scheduled to answer the charges on 4/25/18 in the Town of Richland Court.

On 3/31/18 at 1:39 p.m., Joshua M. Madison, 28, of 121 W. Broadway, Apt. 1, Fulton, a resident of the Oswego County Correctional Facility, was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor stemming from incidents where he was allegedly attempting to make contact with the victim of which has an active order of protection filed against him.
Mr. Madison was arraigned in the Town of Schroeppel Court and remanded back to the OCJ in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond with a return to court on 4/4/18.

On 4/1/18 at 2:27 a.m., Kyle S. Corp, 26, of 140 Saint Mary St., Watertown, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following a traffic stop on I81 North in the town of Richland with him reportedly being a passenger in the stopped vehicle.
Mr. Corp is scheduled to answer the charge on 4/25/18 in the Town of Richland Court.
The driver of the stopped vehicle, Rodney J. McKnight, 55, of 731 Stonewood Drive, Philadelphia, NY, was issued a UTT for Inadequate Plate Lamp.

On 4/1/18 at 8:19 a.m., Timothy J. Cassidy, 18, of 25 Berna Lane, Rochester, was charged with Registration Suspended and Speeding following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the town of Oswego.
Mr. Cassidy is scheduled to answer the charges on 4/16/18 in the Town of Oswego Court.

On 4/1/18 at 12:50 p.m., Dustin M. Wettering, 35, of 23 Pollard Road, Lot 6, Hannibal, was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor following a domestic incident in the town of Hannibal.
He allegedly damaged a door.
Mr. Wettering was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and is scheduled to reappear on 5/8/18.
Stemming from the same domestic incident, Mr. Wettering was charged with Harassment, 2nd degree after he allegedly engaged in physical contact with the victim.

On 4/1/18 at 11:04 p.m., Timothy J. Tompkins, 26, of 220 Buffalo St., Fulton, was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Granby Court charging him with Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony for his alleged involvement in an incident at the town of Granby Wal-Mart on 12/20/17.
Mr. Tompkins was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond with a return to court on 4/4/18.
