Cop Logs: Sheriff’s Office 04/03/2018


On 3/29/18 at 2:45 p.m., Willie L. McKissick, 47, of 8 VanBuren St., Antwerp, NY, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following a traffic stop on I81 North in the town of Hastings.
Mr. McKissick is scheduled to answer the charge on 4/11/18 in the Town of Hastings Court.

On 4/2/18 at 11:41 a.m., Brian L. Kurowski, 27, of 6910 S. Track St., Tampa, Fla., was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Failure to Yield the Right of Way following a traffic stop on SR 481 South in the town of Schroeppel.
Mr. Kurowski is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/2/18 in the Town of Schroeppel Court.

On 4/2/18 at 2:15 p.m., Danny L. Fuller, 54, of 106 Sol Davis Road, Williamstown, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Speeding following a traffic stop on CR 30 in the town of Williamstown.
Mr. Fuller is scheduled to answer the charges on 4/18/18 in the Town of Williamstown Court.

On 4/2/18 at 4:05 p.m., Joseph A. Perez, 27, of 55 Siembor Drive, Oswego, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following a two-vehicle MVA on SR 104 near Thompson Road in the town of Oswego.
The vehicle he was operating was reportedly rear-ended by a vehicle being operated by Quinton A. Crawford, 21, of 6464 Waters Road, Red Creek.
Mr. Crawford was issued a UTT for Following Too Closely.
Mr. Perez is scheduled to answer the charge in the Town of Oswego Court at a later date.

On 4/3/18 at 7:40 a.m., Richard L. Calkins Sr., 30, of 615 66 Road, Hannibal, was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony (previous conviction for Sex Abuse, 1st degree within 5 years); Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.
The arrest follows the investigation into an incident in which he allegedly engaged in a speaker phone conversation with the victims of which have an active order of protection filed against him while he is a resident of the Oswego County Correctional Facility.
Mr. Calkins was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded back to the OCJ in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond with a return to Hannibal Town Court on 4/17/18.
